The Team has made steady progression throughout the years – now having firmly established themselves as one of the top teams in the Country. The level of commitment and fair play each member displays, coupled with their enthusiasm and passion, has earned them both recognition and reputation…these qualities also putting them in a very strong position for 2007 and onward.

Scottish Firsts
Building the Team and keeping it together has not been an easy task over the past 10 years. The average lifespan of a paintball team is 3 years. Over the last 18 months we have acquired players from outside the Clan camp, as well as having some old hats back. These additions to the squad gives added depth and experience required to play in the current tournament series, allowing us to really focus on our year. We actively promote our players to be the best they can be, encouraging players as young as 13 to push boundaries and strive forward. I have listed below some of the milestones set by a team based so far North.
- First ever Female Scottish Player.
- First Team to compete in English Divisions.
- Only Scottish Team to play in Millennium European Paintball
- The first ever PRO Scottish Paintball Players.
- Only Scottish Team with winning consistency.

Promotion of Paintball
The Clan Paintball Team are actively involved in the promotion of paintball in Scotland.
The long term relationship between A1 Paintball and The Clan allows the Team to bring in new players both young and old to experience paintball through the A1 Paintball Site. As the owners of the company are also players, this encourages the team’s participation in the successful running of promotional paintball days.
A1 Paintball and The Clan are dedicated to the Sport of Paintball. With the purchase of a 7 man Extreme Air, we not only benefit from a training facility, but use it as an awareness and promotional tool for customers on the A1 Site, as well as supporting tournaments nationwide with the provision of this facility (in association with UK Masters).
